Posting and packaging to UK mainland is £4.95 unless otherwise stated. Delivery on orders over £100 is free.

For items outside of UK mainland, please email us at sales@blue-daisy.com for shipping costs which vary and are weight dependant.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% (or 5% for certain items) in VAT is added for some items. Items include clothing and bibs are zero-rated.

Returns
Goods purchased through blue-daisy.com may be returned to either of our shops for a full refund within fourteen days of delivery providing that all packaging is complete, the goods are unused and you have your receipt. For the addresses of our stores please see the Contact Us page.

Any item purchased through blue-daisy.com may also be returned by post within fourteen days of delivery at your expense. When returning any goods, please provide your receipt and a brief note explaining why you are returning the goods, including your name, address and order number. If we do not receive a note we may not be able to process your return.

Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by Blue Daisy.

Loyalty Scheme
Collect points as you shop and receive a £10 gift voucher. For every £1 that you spend in store or on-line you will receive one point. When you reach 400 points we will send you your voucher. This can be redeemed at either of our stores or on our website.

The information we hold on our customer database is used solely for taking and fulfilling customer orders.
